Max is for sale. Best known 2002 in the Midwest if not the country. Documented racing history goes back to early 1970's and includes Paul Masank's SCCA national wins. Car is often featured in vintage racing publications (most recently in the Vintage Motorsports 2008 Annual). Many VSCDA and SVRA class wins. Purchase price includes new 200 hp engine (just dynoed), freshly rebuilt Getrag 5 speed, new custom-made Griffin radiator, new clutch, 3 differentials, six 8" Revolution wheels, rain tires and wheels, Safer Racer fuel cell. History
Built in 1971 Max became a racing car early on and was very successful in SCCA activities. Successful vintage racer starting in 1990's.
