Fully Street Legal, Road certified and Antique plated. Photos have single competition windscreen installed ---Remember the full sized windshield is included also and only takes a few minutes to install. Reconstructed/Build only 5 years ago. This car was meticulously rebuilt from the remains of salvaged parts from a wrecked 1966 427 competition Cobra.The Ford FE 427 competition Sideoiler was meticulously restored/rebuilt and is a W-66 Cobra engine with a two Carter Carburator Offenhauser intake.Have two sets of Cast Iron Heads and heads that are on the car are all aluminum(to bring down the compression to 10:1 and runs very well on high octane pump gas) Much of the bright works are from original car. IRS is original with inboard brakes and twin adjustable Coil over Shocks and Knock off adapters.Front suspension is as original with adjustable Coilovers also. Aluminum "Be Cool" radiator and original front twin fans and rear sucker fan keeps the engine cool on the hotest days. Original Cobra shifter and boot. Richmond 5 speed transmission was added for easy bullet proof performance. Frame is Tig Welded with extra strength and support to ensure that the torque of this engine does not twist the frame as the originals. All Aluminum panels in engine bay,trunk,door,dash etc. Paint and body work are beautiful and it is done in a graphite base clear that is heavily wet sanded and buffed. Original SW guages and Lucas switches.Exhaust headers and side pipes are Jet Coated inside and out and polished.Original style Halibrand Knock Off Rims with adapters and safety wires. DOT Road certified Street Legal Hoosier Street Slicks The rebuild/recreation was meticulously completed by a collector of fine historic cars and cost was in excess of $110,000.00 to complete. This Auto comes with original single competition windscreen and also full windshield. This car is Antique Plated and Road certified as 1966 Cobra and can be imported or shipped anywhere in the World as such.
