Description
This cup car is the actual car that raced in the Daytona 500. It is the #96 Hall of Fame Racing DLP Texas Instruments car. It was a gift for a family member. He had the engine removed with a crate engine that produces 550 BHP. He also had the narrow driver's seat swapped for a wider one. It has been in his airplane hangar ever since the race. It is not street legal. We have driven around the hangar parking area 3-4 times. Other than that it has been covered in the hangar. You get an authentic cup car that raced, Sunoco fuel can for refueling, and the car cover. Serious inquiries only.
History
Authentic Nascar gifted to my family member affiliated with Texas Instruments. Original Nascar engine removed after the 2007 Daytona 500 and replaced with a crate engine that produces 550 BHP. The engine has maybe 3 miles on it. It has been in a climate controlled environment ever since the race. This is an original Nascar that raced in the 2007 Daytona 500 driven by Tony Raines.
