Description
The previous owner attached the body to the frame and made a fiberglass floor and rear storage area. Before that it was an open floor and the body was hinged in the front when it was used only for drag racing. Parts of the original paint are showing. He also rebuilt the engine and painted the frame and replaced brakes and front end parts. The suspension is original equipment. I have kept it stored indoors 24 years and it was never driven or raced. It only needs minor alteration for racing or street use.
History
The fiberglass body was made by Kellison racing in 1962. It was not offered as a complete car as previous models were only as a kit intended to be installed on an early Corvette frame. Only about 550 were made. Some were used for drag racing others track, a few for salt flat runs.
