Driven by Townsend Bell to the 2001 Indy Lights Championship with six wins. Reliable and very competitive. Long Beach, Started 10th, hit from behind, spun yet still finished 17th Milwaukee, finished 6th Bell Isle, started 12th, finished 7th Portland, Pole, finished 2nd Michigan, 4th Chicago, 2nd Mid. Ohio, 1st. Started outside pole, led all 34 laps and beat Dixon by 0.381 Vancouver, 4th Laguna Seca, hit wall crashed out of race, finished 18th St Louis, started on pole, finished 1st. Houston Texas, 2nd. Cal. Speedway, started 14th and still managed to run down Dixon to finish 2nd
