Description
Car was professionally built in 1989 and has been maintained by DC Racing & Development in Irving Tx. The race car has been very fast and reliable for the past 20 years. The SCCA Log Book has 49 race weekends listed. The car was also run in CVRA, which is the local vintage race group. I am the fourth owner listed in the log book. I have driven the car for the last two years in SCCA competition, with several regional wins and a third in the South West Division National Championship '08. That's 20 races with no DNF's since 9/06. The last race was at Texas Motor Speedway May 2 & 3, 2009, consisting of two national races. The car finished 2nd on Saturday 3rd on Sunday. The car is equiped with a dry sump oiling system, which makes the engine last longer. Also it has a Fat Performance designed 911 style fan housing which makes it run cool. Both are visible in the photos.
