Description
This is the VARA 2001 Championship winning car. That year in 17 races I won 2 races and finished top 5 15 times with no mechanical DNFs. The car is excellant race ready condition. It is a true "turn key" racecar, no excuses, none needed. It comes with an Ivey engine, Koni double adjustable shocks, aluminum brake hats with steel rotors and new rear magnesium uprights. The car comes with two sets of wheels; one set of Dunlop steel wheels and one set of Panasport alloys.
History
Originally owned by Lola dealer Racing Specialties as their regional team car in 1972. Restored and raced by Barry Marquardt in the early 90s with great success. Re-restored in 1998 by Bud Byrnes and maintained in excellant condition ready to race.
