I have two of these cars. They were built with fabricated sheet metal rear uprights with modified Triumph TR-6 stub axles. This was an extremely poor setup because it involves machining already heat treated parts. They always broke with disasterous results. I have developed a replacement system using unmodified TR-6 axles and the OEM tapered roller bearings.
