Palliser - Superbly restored & prepped.

As good a FB car as you will find with a fully documented history & truly ready to run. All of the components are of the highest quality, era appropriate & fully sorted.

  • History: Bob Winkelmann sold WD-B-2, chassis #4 to Carson Baird in 1969. Baird ran some races in the Continental Series for FA & FB cars, after which the car was sold to Skip Adrian, who ran the entire 1970 season with some success. After the 1970 season Skip only ran the occasional SCCA Regional or National races on the West Coast & some pro races before selling the car to Jimmy Santos. Santos modified the car with side radiators, wings & such & raced very successfully with it. The next owner, Dick Sasser, put a Hagemann aluminum Ferrari 312T inspired body on it & ran it as an Atlantic car. From Sasser the car was sold to Dave Drouin & then Don McGreevey before going into storage. The car has now been restored to original factory presentation.
