Ownership History of Serial #100/14 EX 1959 Elva 100 Series Formula Junior 1959 - 1961 Car purchased from Rob Walker by John Mecum. Raced by Augie Pabst for John Mecum and won 22 of 23 races entered. 1961 - 1962 Car purchased by Leroy Melcher owner of U-Totem Stores. 1962 - 1963 Car purchased by Mike Hainer of Houston, Texas. 1963 - 1964 Car purchased by Paul & May Nicole of Houston, Texas 1964 - 1972 Car purchased by Bob Samm of Texas. He raced the car through the late 60's and early 70's. He also co-drove the class winning Lancia at Sebring in 1970. 1972 - 1973 Car purchased by Jim Simpson of Spring, Texas. 1973 - 1989 Car purchased by Gary O'Brien of Simonton, Texas. 1989 - 2000 Car purchased and restored by John Kimball of Inglewood, Colorado. 2000 - present Car purchased by current owner running with the Vintage Sports Car Club of America.Performance Data
