1978 Lola T492 - SOLD
This is now SOLD. Search for similar items.
Description:
This car is the 3rd. of the original 5 cars that the Carl Haas Dealership imported to start the S2000 class in North America in 1978. The Lola Registry shows it as the oldest 492 in North America and the third oldest in the world. The car is in great condition and has just finished a season of racing with VARAC. It ran with a YAC engine, but we've pulled that engine and installed the correct Pinto engine that was completely rebuilt before we installed it. We also took the opportunity to freshen the Mk. 9 when we switched engines.
