1970 Zink Formula Vee. 1200cc VW powered. First raced in 1972, last race 1997. Includes orginal SCCA logbook, race supply and comprehensive spares package. Mule type learners engine, hasn't raced in 13 years and should have a general race prep before running its next event.


History

Built in 1970 by Zink, originally purchased in 1972. Raced sixteen times between 1972 and 1974 by Barry N. Beste. Purchased and raced by Steve Berg from 1975 thru 1983 in the Midwest Council Racing Organization and North Suburban Sports Car Club. During that time the chassis was once repaired by Horst Kwech. Purchased and raced seven times in Texas with the Corinthian Vintage Auto Racing Club and SCCA Vintage West Coast from 1983 to 1997 by Frank D'Aquanno.
