Description:

This race car was built by a Southwest Formula Ford race teams for the owners wife. After a couple of drivers schools and races the owners wife decided racing was not for her.

History

The build sheet for this motor specified a 998 cc Cooperized motor. New crankshaft, new Isky cam, deluxe timing chain, Sintered rocker arms and new valves, springs and guides, copper head gasket. Branch exhaust headers, Pertronic ignition. Weber carb. Large core radiator #2 Accusump, new multiple clutch and throughout bearing, slave cylinder with adjustable rod. New front disc brakes, fully adjustable suspension, adjustable sway bars. All new safety devices, including seats, harnesses and roll cage meet FIA compliance. New Yokohama and mini-lite wheels.Performance Data
