Description:
This car was built by Tom Colby's Speedwell engineering, no expense was spared to produce a fast and beautiful car. This car has won numerous races and an award for "best built racecar" it has a great race history with Vara. The car has a 0 time, 1380 engine, nothing spared for power and reliability. Racing axles with double bearing hubs, aluminum radiator, special ultra lite Panasport racing wheels. Engine Specs: Alum. roller rockers, Titan toothed belt drive, Weber carb., 0 time engine. Approx 110hp.at the wheels. Transmission specs: Ribbed case built to Richmond, hewland racing "dog" gears, this is a pure race trans that is practically indestructible. Tilton race clutch, pressure plate & flywheel. All rod ends, bushings, joints have been replaced. Fully adjustable rev limiter, Ultra light racing seat, fire suppression system. The car was featured in grassroots motoring Jan/Feb 1993 and won 2 concourse events, the Healy Meet and a VARA concourse event. special Monza nose and custom aluminum ducting. Car is 90% ready to race. Needs new tires, assembly, paint. Sell as is $13000 Have all receipts for new motor and work recently performed. I have no desire to finish and may part out. May take vintage street car or motorcycle as trade.
