Description:

1987 Camaro Trans Am racer. Purpose built Square tube frame construction. Chassis builder to be deternined -we think it is a Irv Herr chassis.It ran three seasons and twelve (12)races in the SCCA Trans Am Series in 1985,1986 and 1987. Documented with SCCA T/A log book with matching SCCA numbers on chassis. It is documened by a number of Trans Am web sites: racingsportscars.com and others. This is a documented real deal T/A race car. It was campaigned by Robert Kahn out of San Diego and sponsored by Uniglobe Travel. We have completely disassembled the car and it is ready for a complete restoration.We are selling the car as a project and without engine and transmission.


History
