This is now SOLD. Search for similar items.
Description:
A very original example of the early Lola Sports 2000, this car was raced in Nationals for two years,
then very lightly for four more. It was then stored for four years at which time it began it's current
career as an autocross car. The car is very original and unmolested and is in "as raced" condition from
the early 80s. A perfect regional car or candidate for the English series.
History
The car was purchased new in 1978 by Marty Siedentop in the Midwest, who raced it to a 3rd
in the Midwest Division in A-Sports Racing (S2000 was not a National calss at that time). He
ran at the Runoffs and finished 10th, again in ASR.
