This 1969 Lotus Elan Plus 2 was prepared for vintage racing in 2002/2003 while preserving much of its road car practicality. Rebuilt, stock componentry 1558-cc Cosworth Lotus Twin Cam with ported and polished head retains twin Stromberg 175 carbs. Interior with original passenger seat, door panels and center console is fitted with roll cage, racing seat with safety harness, fire system, aluminum dash with original Smiths gauges and Moto-Lita steering wheel. Lexan rear window. Fuel Safe cell. VARA logbook. California title and current registration. Perfect candidate for Solo II competition.
