*** price reduced***1971 Mallock 11 A New engine was built in 2010 using Cosworth crank and Cosworth rods. Weber carbs. The engine was built by BOB MORRIS. This engine made 165 hp on the flywheel dyno. The car can be started and leak down of cylinders is perfect. Car has a hardwried transponder already , plus a HOT LAP in car timer box. In 2010 the owner spared no expense making this the nicest and most competitive Mallock in the United States. Brakes were gone through and all lines were replaced in 2010. Tranny was removed and so was the ring and pinion in 2011 and car has not raced since. Change in the owners health has force him to sell the car he has owned and loved since original. This 1971 Mallock Mk11 sports racer [chassis 71A-016] comes from the UK Clubmans series of racers, where front-mounted engines are required. Original log book available. Mallock cars are nearly legendary in Clubmans and hillclimb races, where they have a reputation for both speed and durability. This car proved itself to be a fantastic road race car also. This example is handsomely turned out, and looks ready for the track. The Kent engine, being the standard in Formula Ford for years, will be easy to keep turning hot laps.
