Description:
Driven by Arie Luyendyk ‘The Flying Dutchman’ for Hemelgarn Racing Team during the 1987 season. Finished 7th overall in points and was used as a backup in 88’. Arie and the team won the following awards in 87’: • CART – Most Miles Completed • CART – Most Laps Completed • CART – Most Improved Driver Currently the March is setup in full road course trim with approx 180 miles on the DFX engine (built by Gerald Davis). The car is in original livery and will be a ‘looker’ no matter what event you attend. Recent Service, SVRA Logbook; this car has been treated with kid gloves (never over 10k & low boost) and primarily used for exhibition (New Hampshire Vintage Celebration, Historic Indy Showcase, SVRA – Exhibition Class, Private Test Days). This car is fully documented and comes with memorabilia
