1967 Alfa Romeo GT "Stepnose" with completely fresh professionaly built motor (balance between Sprint and Eduros) 2 liter Twin cam motor at approximately 175+hp. 11:1 pistons, Big Valves, Aluminum Flywheel, Tilton Pressure Plate and disk, Ported head, Spruell Race Headers, newly rebuilt Weber 45 DCOE carbs, Mike Besic "Super Close Ratio" custom 5 speed gearbox, MSD ignition, hanging pedals, Ward & Dean style heavy front sway bar and springs, beautiful Panasport Racing wheels as well as 2nd set of new "Alfaholics" GTA style wheels both with Proxes RA-1 tires. Car refurbished in 2010 with all bodywork and new rear flares installed, brand new paint, complete replacement of all hydrolics lines and master and slave cylinders, all hoses, brand new radiator, all new suspension and steering joints. New Pannard bar, Spruell motor mounts, "bullet proof" flex joint with cover> Super comfortable short shift aluminum shifter, rebuilt Ate brakes and new Performance Friction race pads and slotted rotors. Car is perfectly balanced and neutral, Fiberglass doors, hood and trunk, 1 year old Optima battery. Fast and reliable car. 3rd in class (7th overall) after starting 28th in 2010 Walter Mitty race in first race of season for this car. AMB Transponder, Poly Bushes throughout, Lexan windows throughout. Spare Trans, motor, box of Race specific parts (electrical, weber, plex ignition, etc). The Alfa is perfect to be at the front of class and top 10 Group 3 for 2011 as HSR and SVRA (group 8) log books comes with it. Moved up to Lola and prepping it for 2011 now. The Mitty will also feature the GRM Small Bore Enduro and a special extra extra race for the SCCA 2.5 cars like the Alfa.
History
Ran in 90's and 00's by Tom Turner in Jacksonville FLA. I purchase dthe car three years ago and have since done a complete rebuild of just about every nut, bolt, moving parts, and body/paint.

3rd in class at 2010 Mitty after starting 28th overall finshing 7th overall.
