Description:
Hand-built Caterham Super 7 SV "Hayabusa 1400." Engine and drive train designed and built by the late David Saville Peck of Ennerdale Engineering. This car is fully road legal and titled as such. This is the ONLY Super 7 Hayabusa 1400 in the US! It has been used primarily for track days and shows wear as such. It comes with brand new Avon tires and an all- aluminum trailer. Like all track cars, it demands some TLC, so if you don't like turning a wrench, this car is not for you. The advantages of the motorcycle engine and transmission as compared to an auto engine/transmission are light weight, compact packaging, high specific power output, and a built- in sequential gearbox allowing clutchless upshifts. This car is a blast to drive and will handle, accelerate and brake in ways that heavier cars simply will not.
