Description:

$16,500 car and spare parts only $21,500 with enclosed 24’ trailer (details below) Some of the photos are old, but give you an idea. Car is currently the White/Silver scheme. Forgive me for being long winded, just trying to give as much info as I can. WANT to sell, don’t NEED to sell, but the car deserves a better life than to only be driven once a year. Strong motor, starts quick, rev’s freely, and pulls hard. Cruises 155 mph at around 4400 RPM with ease. (1) The chassis number was removed previously so that makes it hard to trace the history, but the circumstantial evidence is very strong. (2) I’m not a mechanic, just an owner/driver, so I may not know the answer to some questions. I’ll do my best. History – Chassis appears to be a 105” 2007 RHE road course chassis campaigned by Keith Coleman Racing in NASCAR Busch Series. A few parts have “KCR” labels on them and Keith Coleman Racing is the only 2007 Busch team to fit those initials. The driver’s seat that came in the car has “Carl Long” written on it, Carl drove for KCR prior to 2007, and Carl himself told me that is his seat and that it was last in possession of Keith Coleman Racing. The car was sold to someone unknown to me in California to race the Camping World West Coast series in 2009, supposedly they ran out of money and never raced it. I’m told this is when the new Five Star body was put on it. A doctor in Beaumont, TX bought the car just for fun. He then sold it to a mutual friend who raced Big Bend Open Road Race a few times, and I bought it in 2016. I have also used it for Open Road Races and occasional track- days. Engine – Chevrolet 383. It was installed by the doc after the SB2 let go, not much information has been passed down to me about it, “$10,000 from a circle track engine builder in East Texas” is about all I got about it. Nice crackle to it, fair amount of cam and compression, runs on VP110. Appears to be a stock GM block, nothing on it saying it’s another brand. Unknown DART angle-plug iron heads, can’t find a part number on them, may be custom heads. SCAT 3.75” crank, JE pistons, Holley 4150 650 cfm Classic HP, Edelbrock Victor Jr. Intake, CV fuel pump. Unknown cam, but it is a 4/7 swap. I’ve never had the valve covers off, so I can’t tell you what’s under them. Dual Crane HI-6N ignition with Crane LX92 coils. I’d ballpark HP around 500-550. Drivetrain - Borg Warner Super T-10 4-speed, new tail housing winter 2018, everything inside was in good shape. Quarter Master Optimum-V 7.25" clutch, 3-disc, replaced fall 2018, only about 4 laps on it. Tilton 62-1500 release bearing, replaced fall 2018. Long HT-4000 shifter, new in winter 2018. Ford 9” rear-end, geared somewhere around 2.50 since it’s been used for high-speed racing. Brakes – Brembo, 4 piston front, 2 piston rear. Tilton pedals, bias adjuster (needs attention), master cylinders. New reservoirs and o-rings in 2017. Motul RBF 660 fluid. Safety – Ultra Shield VS Halo, 18” Standard, new in 2016. Passenger seat is an old Butler. SPA Technique AFF fire-system, new in 2016. Race Quip 6-pt harnesses, 2” shoulders for HANS, new 2016/2017. Misc – “Glass” in OK condition, windshield polished winter 2018. Five Star composite one-piece body. RCI 26 gallon fuel cell, new Fall 2017. New C&R radiator Winter 2016. Penske shocks, unknown age but seem OK. CV power steering pump. Turn One steering box. 2014 Goodyear NASCAR road course tires, only good for shop/show use due to age. A handful of extra parts included: wheels, brake pads, clutch discs, etc.. Trailer – 2016 Lark 24’ V-nose, 8.5’ wide, 7000# rated. LED light strips on every roof rafter, very bright inside. 9000# winch with wireless remote. Light-duty air compressor with 75’ hose. Well stocked tool chest full of new tools. 2-ton aluminum floor jack. Big battery wired with 175A Anderson connector for charging from tow rig. 6 D-rings. Kenda Karrier tires 225/75-15, Load Range E, 10-ply, Radial. Not very many miles on them, covered when not in use, 2 mounted spares included.
