History
The 912 is a car of its own--not a 911 with a 4 cylinder motor. Porsche totally engineered the 912 using the 911 body, brakes and wheels. The reduced weight of the motor and placement in the car made for a fun-fast-and low cost sports car to drive. The car was built for the owner in Oklahoma to run PCA and NASA events. When the car was finished the owner felt that it was too fast so he sold it and bought a ski boat. We have raced the car with the Rocky Mountain vintage clubs, NM and OK. Never a DNF, and always at the top of the class. We are getting older, have too many cars, and are offering this car for a reduced priceof $19,500--reasonable offers considered.Performance Data
