Description:
This car has undergone a complete frame up restoration to compete against the Chevrons in HSR Thundersports competition. No expense has been spared to make this car competitive. The chassis was stripped down to bare frame, and new aluminum stressed skin panels were fabricated out of 5052 and 6061 alloys to stiffen the chassis. The side pods and cross over were filled with 2-part foam for rigidity and crash worthiness. New suspension pieces were fabricated where necessary, including side protection bars for the driver. The car has all the tricks and is ready to compete.
