Description:

1997 spec Hasselgren Formula Atlantic engine. In the process of a freshen up (bearings, rings, etc...) After being taken apart for inspection. The engine was recently re-built by Hasselgren where it received new (rods, crankshaft, pistons and block) The price of that rebuild was invoiced at $13,865.21 in 1997. The block is unmolested (ears still intact)The engine is complete with HPV-1 Electramotive, SK Racing Carbs (47mm). I will entertain selling the head and short block as complete units or possible as is condition. (Photos of disassembly phase during inspection / engine is complete: including pumps, gears, belts and dry sump system)


History

Engine was part of an Atlantic race package bought from Different Drummer Racing. The motor was serviced by Hasselgren Engineering per 1997 Atlantic rule book.Engine
