Highly customized 40 foot Pace Shadow triple axle gooseneck trailer. New wheel bearings, seals, brakes and tires in January of 2009. Built in storage under the gooseneck, including a 5000 watt Honda generator with a 30 gallon fuel tank (runs several weekends on a fill) and storage for fuel jugs, shore power cord (included) and lift crank. Observation deck with railing and ladder over last 8 feet of trailer. Custom hydraulic ramp system with electric winch allows transport of two of nearly any formula car or sports racer (FF, FM, Star Mazda, F2000, FA, S2, CSR, DSR cars have all been transported in this trailer). Possible to fit 3 FF with some creativity. 4 foot wide aisle to fit pit carts, tire carriers, etc. ahead of cars. Extensive custom storage and workbenches featuring 3 C-Tech drawer sections and 3 more custom C-Tech cabinets in addition to original Pace cabinetry and workbench. Tons of storage even without using the gooseneck area. Fantastic custom 40 foot by 20 foot awning utilizing thick wall 2 inch diameter aluminum tubing that is all clear powder coated. Awning canvas by Holiday, and includes top and all sides for a fully enclosed awning similar to a tractor-trailer. This awning is extremely stable in the wind. Easy to set up with just two people. Three 7500 pound axles, two large windows, stainless panels on lower 2 feet of trailer. Tows great.


History

Manufactured for one of the owners of Pace, but never used. Purchased from Pace in 1998 by Carbir Race Cars for USF200 series. Sold to EFM Racing in 2000. used for Sports 2000, Formula Mazda, CSR, etc. Largely stored the past 4 years - used 5 times in that period.Extras
