Description:
Ground-up restoration. O hours on new engine by Computer Car. Dyno 153 bhp. 3/8" front roll bar, heavy duty cross flow radiator, oil cooler, 1275 cc engine, .020 overbore, block parallel decked and planed, Longman head, roller rockers, sodium filled valves, scatter cam, Weber 45 carburetor, long flow intake manifold, tuned exhaust manifold, Cosworth pistons, rods lightened and shot peened. Crank shaft parallel ground, wedge cut and nitrided. Crank case modified with windage trays. Aluminum flwheel, competition clutch and pressure plate, four speed transmission with straight cut gears, full fire extinguisher system, double bearing rear competition axels, limited slip differential, Panhard rod,adjustable shocks, adjustable caster and camber, 8.5 gallon fuels cell and many, many spares.
History
This Sprite was built for and raced in RMVR events. It has competed at Steamboat Springs with an overall win in several races. All log books are available.Performance Data
