Description:
'67 Porsche 911S race car. A true 911"S", not a fake. Two 2.0 ltr S engines; the motor currently in the car is standard "S" compression for use w/ pump gasoline as available in Mexico, the other motor is higher compression but is a "basket case". Two Porsche 901 gear boxs, the spare is newly rebuilt. Two sets of wheels (factory and aftermarket) and many spares. This car is the class winner in the 2003 La Carrera Panamericana and finished 9th overall out of 76 cars.
History
Winner in class 2003 La Carerra Panamericana. Finished 9th overall of 76 cars. Occational participant in Texas area vintage races and Porsche Club events. Freaquent participant in events at Harris Hill Road raceway in San Marcos, Texas.
