Zappa Racing is excited to offer this rare, Micholetti designed car. This beauty had a body off total restoration. It has an overdrive Type A transmission, which was completely refreshed. The shifting to overdrive is smooth and seamless. The engine now has original Italian triple Webers. An additional performance feature is the addition of custom fitted headers. These are coupled to a rare, expensive, NOS Abrath exhaust. The British Racing Green paint is flawless, and the interior, carpets, and door panels are all new. The new dashboard was stripped, refinished, and has a mirror like finish that matches the wood steering wheel and shift knob. Original period Marshall driving lights add to the car’s sporty look. Perfect wire wheels with Michelin red lines add to that 60’s sports car look. The overdrive switch and an indicator light were added to the center consol. Those of you that have experienced overdrive know the column switch is often mistakenly hit when reaching for the turn signal or making a sharp turn. The switch used is an original overdrive switch with an indicator light letting you know when it is engaged. The convertible top is new along with the matching boot cover. Matching Surry top included. A very detailed and expensive restoration!
