History
The car was built for John Gunn early in 1973 and was raced in the UK. in three Formula 5000 events: Brands Hatch, Silverstone and Mallory Park, It carried the Gunn/Crane Cams March colors. Campaigned next in the 1973 SCCA Formula 5000 series as either the Gunn/Crane Cams March or the Roman Brio March (the Roman Brio colors were bright purple). In 1974, the car was known as the Marchal March sponsored by what I think was the French headlight company Marchal. In mid-1974, John Gunn sold the car to Les Hudelson from Long Beach, CA. John Gunn ran the car at Laguna Seca and Riverside in 1974 after which the car was put into storage. I purchased the car and restoration was complete in 1998.Performance Data
