Description:
Rare Ginetta G12 with good period racing history. Restored in 2005 thro 2007 from the frame up by Tony Ingram in Santa Barbara CA. Engine is a full race all steel Lotus twin Cam with dry sump system. Engine is freshly rebuilt with dyno time only. Trans is all new Hewland Mk9 by Taylor Racing, Panasport wheels. Car has about 5 races/test days since restoration. Full roll cage and fire system, fuel cell, complete and race ready. Pictures tell the story.
History
Purchased new in March of 1967 by Paul Ridgeway and raced by him in the 1960's. The car was later owned by Gordon Spice who sold the car to Eric Viera who exported the car to Guyana where he continued to race it. After racing in Guyana the car sat for many years until recovered and taken back to the UK. Ater sitting in the UK it was purchased in 2005 by it's current owner who restored the car to race ready condition.
